Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Standard Shipping: Variable rates based on location and Canada Post rates.

    • Free Shipping: for orders $69.00 and above.

    • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, typically takes 1-3 business days. Extra costs may be included.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping: Typically takes 3-9 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Costs vary based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Process: To start a return, you can contact us at [Your Contact Information]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

  • Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@pawsitivepotions.com and send your item to the designated return address.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Cancellations

  • Time Frame: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, it will need to be returned to us for processing.
  • Process: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at contact@pawsitivepotions.com. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Depending on the condition of the returnable item in question, certain types of items may not be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
